Risk Disclosure
Automated trading can grow an account, and it can lose one. This page lays out the risks honestly so you can decide with your eyes open.
Last updated June 28, 2026
The short version
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You can lose some, all, or in leveraged accounts more than the money you deposit. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
Our algorithms are software tools, not advice and not a promise of profit. Past performance, including the verified track records we publish, does not guarantee future results. You stay in control of your account and your decisions.
This Risk Disclosure is provided by Tradezario LLC ( "Tradezario", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States. It applies to our website, our automated trading algorithms (the "Product"), and all related services. By using the Product or services, you confirm you have read and accepted the risks described here. Read it together with our Terms and Privacy Policy. If anything conflicts, the Terms prevail.
1We do not give financial advice
We are not financial advisors, investment advisors, or brokers. Nothing on this site, in the Product, or in any message from us is financial, investment, or trading advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a personalized suitability assessment. Our performance figures and educational content are information only. Speak to a qualified, licensed advisor before making any trading or investment decision.
2General trading risks
Trading financial instruments carries substantial risk. The main risks include:
- Loss of capital. You may lose your entire account balance. There is no guarantee you recover your initial deposit.
- Leverage and margin. Leverage amplifies gains and losses. A margin call can force liquidation of your positions, and in fast markets you can end up with a negative balance and owe your broker more than you deposited.
- Market risk. Prices move fast and unpredictably. Gaps, slippage, low liquidity, and rare black swan events can cause sudden, severe losses and fills far from the price you expected.
- Broker and counterparty risk. Your broker is the counterparty to your trades. Broker insolvency, frozen accounts, or withdrawal restrictions can cost you money even on profitable positions.
- Regulatory and tax risk. Rules vary by country and can change without notice. You are responsible for the legality of your trading and for any tax owed on your results.
- Emotional risk. Watching live profit and loss is stressful and can drive poor decisions. Trading losses can affect your finances, health, and relationships.
3Risks specific to automated trading
Algorithmic systems carry their own risks on top of the above:
- System failures. Bugs, crashes, or malfunctions can cause unintended trades, missed trades, or wrong order sizes.
- Speed and loss of control. An automated system can act faster than you can intervene.
- Over-optimization and decay. A strategy tuned to past data can underperform live, and conditions that made it profitable can stop repeating.
- Infrastructure. Internet drops, power outages, computer or VPS failures, platform crashes, and broker API issues can interrupt trading or leave positions unmanaged.
- Data quality. Wrong, delayed, or missing price data can trigger wrong decisions. Backtests built on imperfect data can overstate real performance.
- Execution. Slippage, requotes, rejected orders, and partial fills mean live results differ from expectations.
- Configuration and user error. Wrong lot sizes, wrong account, duplicate instances, or leaving a system unmonitored can all cause losses.
4No guarantee of performance
We make no promise about the Product's profitability or results.
- The Product may produce no profit, and many users may experience losses.
- Past performance, including backtests, simulations, and the verified track records we publish, is not indicative of future results.
- Your results will differ from ours based on your broker and execution, account size and leverage, risk settings, market conditions, and timing.
The Product is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. The 90-day profit guarantee we offer is a goodwill commercial promise set out in the Terms, not a warranty that the Product will perform in any particular way.
5Your responsibilities
- Stay in control. Using the Product does not transfer responsibility for your trades to us. You remain fully responsible for every outcome.
- Monitor actively. Set and forget is not a safe approach. Watch the system and be ready to stop it.
- Manage risk. Use sensible position sizing, stops, and drawdown limits, and keep a way to shut trading down immediately.
- Test first. Validate on a demo account, then start small with real money. Do not rely solely on our figures.
- Assess suitability. Only trade with money you can lose without affecting your security or standard of living, and make sure trading is legal where you live.
6Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradezario is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or opportunities, drawdowns, margin calls, forced liquidations, broker actions, market events, Product bugs or downtime, data or connectivity issues, configuration or user error, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total liability arising from the Product or services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or USD 100. This cap applies regardless of the legal theory. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are an EU or EEA consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
7Third parties
The Product depends on systems we do not control, including your broker and trading platform (such as MetaTrader 5), market data providers, your internet and hardware, our payment processor (Stripe), and the infrastructure that runs our site and emails (Vercel, Supabase, PostHog, Loops). We do not endorse any broker, and we are not liable for the actions, failures, or insolvency of any third party. You have no contractual relationship with these providers through us, and all questions about the Product should come to Tradezario.
8Regulatory notes
Tradezario LLC is not a regulated financial institution, licensed broker, or registered investment advisor. We sell software, not financial services, and the Product does not provide advice, discretionary management, or signals you must follow.
United States (CFTC Rule 4.41). Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual record, simulated results do not represent real trading and may under- or over-compensate for factors such as liquidity. Simulated programs are designed with hindsight. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Outside the US. Trading leveraged products such as forex and CFDs is high risk and may not be suitable for you, and losses can exceed deposits. The Product is not offered where doing so would require a license we do not hold or would otherwise break local law. If you access it from such a place, you do so at your own risk.
