This Privacy Policy explains how Tradezario LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company doing business as TradeZario ("TradeZario," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you access or use our platform, services, and community features (collectively, the "Platform").
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, you must not access or use the Platform.

Creators as Independent Data Controllers: TradeZario acts as a platform for independent Community Owners ("Creators"). When you join a specific community, we share your registered email address with that Creator to facilitate direct communication. For the purposes of community-specific interactions, the Creator is an independent data controller of your information, and TradeZario is not responsible for the privacy practices or messaging conduct of individual Creators. You should review each Creator's own privacy practices before joining their community.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
Information you provide to us:
- Account information — name, username, email address, password, and profile details you provide during registration.
- Payment information — billing details processed by our third-party payment providers (Stripe, Whop, Gumroad). We do not store full payment card numbers; these are handled by the payment provider.
- Trading data and journal content — trades, notes, and other information you choose to upload, log, or track on the Platform.
- User-Generated Content — posts, comments, videos, messages, educational materials, and other content you create, upload, or share within communities.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact support, submit a dispute notice, or otherwise communicate with us.
Information we collect automatically:
- Usage and activity data — points, levels, badges, leaderboard activity, and how you interact with Platform features.
- Video viewing behavior — watch time, completion rates, and similar engagement metrics, which may be provided to community Creators in aggregate or individual form for analytics purposes.
- Device and technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and log data.
- Cookies and similar technologies — as described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from third parties:
- Third-party integrations — data from services you connect, such as CandleLog, economic calendars, order flow tools, TradingView, Discord, and broker integrations.
- Payment providers — transaction status, refund, and chargeback information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features (including journal tracking and performance insights);
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- Process payments, subscriptions, refunds, and Creator payouts;
- Display community features such as leaderboards, points, levels, and badges;
- Apply anti-piracy watermarks containing your email address, username, or other account identifiers to protect creator intellectual property;
- Provide watch-time and engagement analytics to Creators;
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, updates, and support requests;
- Improve and optimize the Platform, including internal analytics and platform optimization using aggregated or pseudonymized data;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Platform and fulfil our Terms of Service.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Platform, prevent fraud, and conduct analytics, where not overridden by your rights.
- Consent — for certain cookies, marketing communications, and other processing where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information in the following circumstances:
- With Creators — your email address and certain community activity (including video viewing behavior) when you join a community, as described above.
- With service providers — payment processors (Stripe, Whop, Gumroad), hosting, analytics, email, and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf.
- With third-party integrations — services you choose to connect to the Platform.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law, legal process, or government requests, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of TradeZario, our users, or others.
- In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- With your consent — where you have otherwise agreed.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. We may retain certain information after account termination where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, transaction records and fraud prevention).
