What we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to get it changed or deleted. Written to be readable, not to hide things.
Last updated June 28, 2026
The short version
We collect what we need to sell and deliver the Product: your name and email, your order, basic usage and device data, and your support messages. We never sell your data.
We use trusted processors to run the business (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, PostHog, Loops) and they only act on our instructions. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
This Privacy Policy explains how Tradezario LLC("Tradezario", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company registered in Florida, United States, handles personal data across our website, Product, and services. We are the data controller. By using the site or services, you accept this policy. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1What we collect
- Account. Name, email, and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile your provider shares. Passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider.
- Purchase. Billing name, email, order details, and a transaction reference. Payment card details go directly to Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry, or security code.
- Usage and technical. IP address, approximate location, device and browser data, pages viewed, and product interactions, collected to run and improve the service.
- Communications. The content of your emails and support messages, and email engagement such as opens and clicks.
- Cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the small set of cookies we use.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (such as health, beliefs, or biometric data). Please do not send it to us.
2How we use it and our legal bases
For EU and EEA users, the GDPR legal basis is shown in brackets.
- Create your account, take payment, deliver the Product, and provide support (performance of a contract).
- Send order confirmations, setup details, and service notices (contract, legal obligation).
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats, and keep financial records (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
- Understand usage and improve the Product (legitimate interests).
- Send marketing emails where you have opted in or are an existing customer (consent or legitimate interests). You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means alone.
3Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:
- Stripe for payments and fraud prevention.
- Supabase for accounts, authentication, and database hosting.
- Vercel for website hosting and delivery.
- PostHog for product analytics.
- Loops for transactional and marketing email.
- Google if you choose to sign in with your Google account.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy continues to apply. We may share aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you.
4International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. Where we move personal data out of the EU or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details.
5How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as the law requires. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after. Transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically several years. Support messages and usage data are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.
6How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and vetted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your own credentials safe and tell us at support@tradezario.com if you suspect unauthorized access. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, port it, or withdraw consent. EU and EEA users have these rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of them, email support@tradezario.com with enough detail for us to verify your identity. We respond within the time the law allows, usually one month, at no charge. If you are in the EU or EEA, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8Children
The site, Product, and services are not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
