Getting started

5 answers

What you need before the algorithms can trade for you.

Do I need trading experience to use this?
No. The algorithms make every trading decision themselves: entries, exits, stop losses and position sizes. The included setup call gets everything running on your account even if you have never opened MetaTrader before. Your only decisions are how much capital to run and which risk profile fits you.
What do I need to get started?
Three things: a MetaTrader 5 account at a broker of your choice, a deposit that meets your algorithm's minimum (from $200 depending on the system), and a VPS so the software runs 24/7. We walk through all three on your setup call, and our partner deal gets you 20% off the VPS.
How long does setup take?
One afternoon. Most owners are live the same day as their setup call: we install the algorithm, connect it to your account, pick your risk profile together and confirm the first health check. After that it runs hands-off.
Which brokers work with the algorithms?
Any broker that offers MetaTrader 5 works. For the scalping system (Sentinel) we recommend a low-spread ECN broker, because tight spreads directly affect its results. The other three systems are broker-flexible; Catalyst is fully spread-tolerant by design.
Do I need a VPS, and why?
Yes, for reliable results. A VPS keeps your algorithm connected to the market 24/7 without depending on your home computer or internet. Plans start at a few dollars a month, and the Tradezario partner code gives you 20% off at ForexVPS.

The algorithms

5 answers

How the four systems trade, and how to choose.

Which algorithm should I start with?
It depends on your capital and temperament. Horizon is the flagship gold system most owners start with. Titan is the calmest ride, with the lowest expected drawdown in the lineup. Catalyst spreads risk across 13 markets from one chart. Sentinel is the most active but needs a quality ECN broker and low-latency VPS. The comparison table on the algorithms page puts the live numbers side by side, and a discovery call is free if you want guidance.
Do the algorithms use martingale or grid strategies?
No, never. Every position opens with a fixed stop loss already in place. No martingale, no grid, no averaging down. Your downside on any trade is bounded by design, not by hope.
Can I run multiple algorithms on one account?
Yes. The bundles are built for exactly that: the systems trade different markets and timeframes, so they diversify each other. On the setup call we configure the capital split between them so the combined risk stays where you want it.
What are the risk profiles?
Every algorithm ships in three configurations: Low, Medium and High Risk. The only difference is position sizing relative to your balance, so returns and drawdowns scale together. Low Risk is the calmest ride and needs the most capital; High Risk is for risk capital only. You choose on the setup call and can change later.
Can I change the settings myself?
You can, but you don't need to. The verified track records run on the exact configurations we install. Changing pairs, timeframes or risk inputs means your results will no longer match the published curves, and the guarantee requires running the setup as installed.

Results & verification

4 answers

Why you can trust the numbers on this site.

How do I know the track records are real?
Every system trades a real, live account connected to Myfxbook, an independent verification service. Myfxbook reads results directly from the broker, updates automatically, and cannot be edited by us. The percentage curves are public; you can open them any day and check.
Are these backtests?
No. Backtests are simulations and we don't sell on them. Every number on this site (total growth, monthly averages, drawdowns) comes from live trading on real accounts, verified by Myfxbook.
Will my results match the published curves?
Closely, if you run the same configuration. Small differences come from broker spreads, execution speed and when you start. That is also why Sentinel requires an ECN broker: infrastructure quality shows up in scalping results. Your account, your broker, your curve.
Do the algorithms have losing days?
Yes, every trading system does, and you can see ours in the public curves. Losing days are part of the math; what matters is the edge over hundreds of trades. We publish everything, including the drawdowns, because that is the only honest way to sell trading software.

Pricing & guarantee

4 answers

One-time pricing, and how the 90-day guarantee works.

What does it cost?
Starter is $799 for one algorithm of your choice. Growth is $1,299 for three complementary systems (Catalyst, Horizon and Sentinel). Master is $1,799 for all four. Every price is one-time: no subscriptions, no monthly fees, updates included.
How does the 90-day profit guarantee work?
Run your algorithm live for 90 days following our setup. If your account is not net profitable at day 91, we refund the full purchase price. Net profitable means account gains exceed account losses over the period. It is a policy, not a performance prediction, and it requires running the configuration as installed on your setup call.
Are there monthly fees or hidden costs?
Not from us. Your only running costs are third-party: your broker's spreads and your VPS (a few dollars a month, 20% off via our partner code). Algorithm updates are included in the one-time price.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs through Stripe, which accepts all major debit and credit cards, plus wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay depending on your region.

Licensing & support

4 answers

What you own after purchase, and how support works.

How does the license work?
Every algorithm includes 3 MT5 account slots. One is all you need to go live; the others stay in reserve for when you expand. We register your account numbers together on the setup call. The license is yours for life, and updates are included.
Can I move my license to a new account later?
Licenses are bound to the MT5 account numbers registered on your setup call and can't be moved once active. That is why each algorithm ships with 3 slots: spare capacity is built in from day one. Growing beyond your slots? Contact support and we'll look at your case.
What happens when markets change? Do I get updates?
Yes. We run these systems on our own live accounts, so we notice regime changes before anyone else. When a configuration is improved, every owner receives the update at no extra cost.
How do I reach support?
Email support@tradezario.com, or use the chat widget on any page of the site. Setup-related questions usually resolve fastest on the setup call itself, and every owner can book follow-ups.
