TradeZario — Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Tradezario LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company doing business as TradeZario ("TradeZario," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our platform, services, and community features (collectively, the "Platform"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you agree to the use of cookies as described in this policy, except where your consent is required and not yet given (for example, for non-essential cookies in certain jurisdictions).
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, tags, and software development kits (SDKs), which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this policy.
2. Why We Use Cookies
We use cookies to:
- Keep you signed in and secure your session;
- Remember your preferences and settings;
- Operate core Platform features;
- Process payments and prevent fraud;
- Understand how the Platform is used and improve it;
- Measure engagement and content performance;
- Deliver and measure marketing, where applicable.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary cookies — Required for the Platform to function, including authentication, session management, security, and load balancing. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
Functional/preference cookies — Remember your choices (such as language and display settings) to provide enhanced, personalized features.
Analytics/performance cookies — Help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform (pages visited, features used, errors encountered) so we can improve performance. This may include video engagement metrics such as watch time and completion rates.
Marketing/advertising cookies — Used to deliver relevant content and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. These may be set by us or by third-party advertising partners, including advertising pixels that Creators may enable within their communities.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties that provide services to us or to Creators, including:
- Payment providers — Stripe, Whop, Gumroad (for processing and fraud prevention);
- Analytics providers — to measure and improve Platform usage;
- Integrations — services such as Discord, TradingView, economic calendars, and order flow tools;
- Creator-enabled integrations — advertising pixels, social platform bots, and messaging or automation tools that Creators may configure within their communities.
TradeZario does not control third-party cookies. Creators who enable third-party tracking are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable privacy laws and for informing their members about such tracking. Please review the relevant third party's own cookie and privacy policies.
5. How Long Cookies Last
- Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
6. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
- Cookie banner/settings — where available, you can accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies through our cookie consent tool when it is displayed.
- Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Platform from working.
- Opt-out tools — you can opt out of certain third-party advertising cookies through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
Because strictly necessary cookies are essential to the Platform, they cannot be disabled through our consent tool.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry standard for responding to DNT signals, and the Platform may not respond to them. We will update this policy if our practices change.
8. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify you or request renewed consent.
